Josh DeRienzis

Josh DeRienzis is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, and leads the Company’s global Legal, IP and Compliance teams. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising senior management and Boards of Directors on critical legal and strategic matters, with a focus on securities, finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, governance and litigation. He was most recently Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at The Williams Companies, Inc., a Fortune 500 midstream energy company. Prior to that role, Josh was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PSS World Medical, Inc., a publicly-traded medical supplies distributor to the primary and elder care markets, where he also managed the compliance function. After PSS was acquired by McKesson Corp. in 2013, he remained as the chief legal officer for McKesson’s specialty health division for several years. Prior to PSS, Josh held roles of increasing responsibility at other large publicly traded companies and worked at two major New York law firms. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
