Wy Louw

Wy Louw is Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Wy joined the Company’s finance team in June 2003 and previously served as the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis of the Company. Wy served as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer from December 2016 until March 2017. Wy also served as the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from June 2010 until September 2018. Additionally, during Wy’s tenure with the Company, his responsibilities have included leading roles in the Company’s business development activities, financing, implementation and oversight of the Company’s internal control over financial reporting pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Prior to his tenure at the Company, Wy served as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP both domestically and internationally. Wy earned bachelor’s degrees in commerce and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and a master’s degree equivalent postgraduate diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Town. Wy is a Certified Public Accountant.
