Jonathon Singer

Jonathon M. Singer is Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer for the Company. In this capacity, Jonathon reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Jonathon was named Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary in September 2017, overseeing financial operations, information technology, legal and business development functions.

Jonathon has more than 30 years of leadership experience at publicly traded health care and pharmaceutical organizations. Jonathon previously served as a member of RTI Surgical’s Board of Directors from May 2016 to September 2017. Prior to joining RTI, Jonathon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sagent Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Landauer, Inc. Jonathon has served in leadership roles for Teleflex Inc., R.R. Donnelly & Sons, Cardinal Health Inc., and KPMG LLP.

Jonathon is a certified public accountant. He received a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University in Ohio.
